In accordance with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has been applicable since May 25, 2018, by accessing this site, you accept all risks arising from its use, and agree to use its content exclusively for personal purposes and at your own risk. Our IT system is protected by technical measures from unauthorized access, modification, distribution, loss, and deletion of your data. We guarantee that we will use your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requests, entering into and executing contracts, for our own marketing, and for other legitimate interests relevant to our business.
We will use your data for clearly defined purposes and will not forward it to third parties or use it for undefined purposes. The processing of your data will be conducted solely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Croatian laws and regulations. Your personal data is stored in our local customer database when you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or request a service. Depending on the type of inquiry or service requested, this data may include: name and surname, address, email address, phone number, photograph, company OIB, job position, interests, etc.
We process your data for the purpose of sending offers or fulfilling the requested service and for legitimate interests aimed at improving business. Data is accessible only to employees who need it to perform their tasks. We store email addresses in the MailChimp newsletter program, which is GDPR-compliant. Without this data, it would not be possible to enter into and fulfill business obligations and your requests.
Our customer database is our legitimate interest that allows us to improve business performance and the quality of services. It also helps us meet the requirements defined in the data protection compliance process, such as data updates and the ability to transfer personal data.

Right to Deletion and Restriction of Processing
The systems on www.zg-gef.com comply with the data subject’s rights regarding the sharing of their personal data for purposes that are clearly and unambiguously presented. If AleDo TECH and ZG GEF brands do not have a legitimate interest in retaining personal data, the data subject exercises their rights according to the Regulation. The technical implementation is automated through the CRM system, and the Data Protection Officer also has obligations in this area.
Right to Object
The right to object, which the data subject can exercise according to the Regulation, has been implemented in ZG GEF’s operations, adapting to the requirements set by the Regulation. Users can currently file objections via email, in person, or by mail. It is recommended that clients submit complaints through an online form. The complaint will then be processed manually in the CRM system.
Collection of Personal Data
Personal data is collected based on consent for marketing purposes, sales purposes, user profiling, ZG GEF events, and networking purposes. The consent is provided and described based on the purpose, and the user is offered a choice of communication channels through which they wish to communicate with ZG GEF. The IT systems of ZG GEF are integrated with consent, which clearly defines the communication channels selected by the data subject.
