ZG GREEN ENERGY FAIR - Rules of Participation

General Provisions
These Rules of Participation (hereinafter: Rules) apply to all exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and visitors of the
ZG Green Energy Fair (hereinafter: Fair), organized by AleDo TECH d.o.o.
By submitting an application, confirming attendance, or entering the Fair venue, all participants agree to
abide by these Rules and follow any additional instructions issued by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to update these Rules; changes will be communicated via official channels.
Registration and Payment
Participation as an exhibitor, sponsor, or partner is confirmed only after submission of the completed
application and full payment of the relevant fee.
Payments must be made according to the pro forma invoice.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Participation may be denied if registration is incomplete or fees remain outstanding.
Exhibition Space and Setup
Booth spaces are allocated based on availability, thematic relevance, and technical requirements. The
Organizer may reassign spaces if necessary.
Booths must comply with safety, fire, and structural regulations. Materials must be flame-retardant or
non-flammable.
Setup and teardown must occur within assigned event timeframes; early teardown is not permitted.
No booth elements may extend beyond designated boundaries without prior written approval.
Exhibitor Conduct
Exhibitors are responsible for their staff, equipment, booth content, and any damage to the venue or others.
Disruptive tacticse.g., excessive noise, lighting, or projectionsare prohibited.
Promotional materials may only be distributed within the exhibitor’s area unless approved otherwise.
Subletting or sharing booth space requires written consent from the Organizer.
Safety and Liability
All participants must comply with current health, safety, and fire regulations.
The Organizer is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to exhibits or personal belongings.
Participants are advised to secure their own insurance coverage.
In emergencies, participants must follow evacuation plans and Organizer instructions.
Advertising and Sponsorship
Advertising outside designated areas is allowed only with written approval.
Only official exhibitors and sponsors may use the ZG GEF name or logo.
The Organizer reserves the right to photograph or record the event for promotional use without further
consent.
Technical and Utility Services
Standard utilities (electricity, lighting, basic internet) are included per selected package.
Requests for additional services must be submitted at least 20 days before the event and may incur extra
charges.
The Organizer is not responsible for service interruptions caused by external suppliers or force majeure.
Sustainability Commitment
The Fair encourages sustainable practices such as waste reduction, recyclable materials, and minimal
printing.
Exemplary sustainable exhibitors may be recognized and highlighted by the Organizer.
Single-use plastics are discouraged onsite.
Visitor Rules
Entrance is free of charge, but registration is mandatory (online or onsite).
Registration and entry imply acceptance of all Rules and Organizer instructions.
Visitors consent to being photographed or filmed; such media may be used for marketing and promotional
purposes without further approval or compensation.
Visitors must behave respectfully toward exhibitors, other guests, and staff.
Unauthorized business activity or distribution of materials is prohibited.
Dangerous items (weapons, explosives, etc.) are strictly forbidden.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless part of an educational group.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove anyone violating these Rules or behaving inappropriately.
Technical and Utility Services
Force Majeure
In events beyond the Organizers control (e.g. natural disasters, war, pandemics), the Fair may be canceled,
postponed, or modified without liability.
Fees may be refunded, postponed, or carried forward at the Organizer’s discretion.
Final Provisions
These Rules are legally binding.
Disputes are to be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, the courts in Zagreb, Croatia, have
jurisdiction.
